Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops, about 1-inch thick
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups breadcrumbs or panko
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
3. Place breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
4. Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat a large skillet with enough vegetable oil to come halfway up the sides of the pork chops over medium-high heat.
6. Fry the pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
