‘I ditched the gym and torched 600 calories easily – I’m not even leaving the house’

Model Vanusa Freitas revealed how she replaced the gym by following a few simple household chores – and the amount of calories she torched is rather eye-opening


Losing weight can be incredibly hard for many people.

Often many resort to expensive gym memberships or diet plans. But no matter what happens, sometimes weight loss journeys can be very challenging.
Now one model revealed how she ditched the gym and replaced it with household chores. And you won’t believe how many calories she’s burnt.

Brazilian Vanusa Freitas used social media to talk about how she replaced a day at the gym with household chores and how she torched 600 calories on average.

She found the days she stayed at home, she had greater caloric loss. The beauty said: “I discovered on the day of my weekly cleaning, after going to the gym, I had a much greater caloric loss, which was influencing my results.

“I have already lost almost 600 calories.” The influencer called cleaning day “housewife training” and since then replaced traditional training with household chores to maintain her weight.
Recently Vanusa said she dumped her boyfriend after discovering he doesn’t exercise. She claimed it’s important to only relate with people who live a healthy life like hers.

She explained: “I already broke up because he kept lying to me about going to the gym. I started to get suspicious when I realised that there wasn’t much progress in his body and I started connecting the dots.

“I think it’s important to make this a condition when I have relationships with other men, this way we save both of us from going through annoying situations like this.

“Now I only get involved with those who think it’s important to maintain a training routine.” Vanusa also highlighted the importance of maintaining an exercise and balanced diet to achieve your goals.

In addition to replacing a day at the gym with household chores, she recommends daily planning of physical activities to avoid overload and possible injuries.

She concluded: “It is essential to listen to your body and respect its limits.” The Playboy model, who boasts 116,000 Instagram followers, recently posted it online.
