I’ve been making this Soup at least once a week for the past month! I can’t seem to keep it in the house.

This delicious and hearty taco soup is the ultimate comfort food, perfect for any occasion. Using a slow cooker makes the preparation a breeze, while the blend of ground beef, beans, and flavorful spices results in a rich and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

Ground beef: 1 pound
Onion (chopped): 1 medium
Chili beans (with liquid): 1 (16-ounce) can
Kidney beans (with liquid): 1 (15-ounce) can
Whole kernel corn (with liquid): 1 (15-ounce) can
Tomato sauce: 1 (8-ounce) can
Water: 2 cups
Diced tomatoes (peeled and diced): 2 (14.5-ounce) cans
Diced green chile peppers: 1 (4-ounce) can
Taco seasoning mix: 1 (1.25-ounce) package

Instructions:

Prepare your ingredients: Gather everything you’ll need for the soup.
Brown the ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess fat, then set the beef aside.
Combine ingredients: In a slow cooker, add the browned ground beef, chopped onion, chili beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, green chile peppers, and the taco seasoning mix.
Mix and cook: Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients. Set your slow cooker to the Low setting and let it cook for 8 hours.
After eight hours of simmering, you’ll have a savory taco soup bursting with flavor. Serve it with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips for an extra touch of indulgence!
