•25 oz shredded chicken (leftover or canned, drained)
•1 tsp Dijon mustard

•1/3 tsp dried thyme
•1/2 cup breadcrumbs
•1/4 tsp onion powder
•1/4 tsp garlic powder
•Salt and black pepper to taste
•Olive or vegetable oil (enough to coat the skillet for frying)
Instructions:
1.Combine the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Dijon mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well-combined.
