In July 2008, Brad and Angelina welcomed twins, Knox and Vivienne, at the Foundation Lenval Hospital in Nice, France. The birth attracted significant media and public attention.

Dr. Michel Sussmann, who managed the delivery, confirmed the birth and described it as flawless. He shared, “Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well.”

Knox weighed 5.03 pounds at birth, while his twin sister weighed five pounds. He made one of his first public appearances in 2009 when he was photographed with his father in Japan.

Not long after the twins were born, Brad and Angelina made headlines again by selling their exclusive baby photos for a record-breaking $14 million! A source explained that People magazine and a British tabloid collaborated by getting joint rights to publish the pictures.

The amount earned was more than twice what People magazine had reportedly paid for exclusive photos of Jennifer Lopez‘s twins. It was noted that the couple’s decision to sell the pictures was not motivated by profit.
Rather than keeping the proceeds, they chose to donate the entire sum to a children’s charity.

Knox and Vivienne’s arrival brought the Jolie-Pitt family to a total of six children, fulfilling Angelina’s earlier expressed desire to expand their family. The news of twins surprised even their parents!

Angelina commented, “We weren’t expecting twins. So it did shock us, and we jumped to six [children] quickly. But we like a challenge.”

The older children eagerly took on their responsibilities as big siblings, with this being particularly evident in the couple’s eldest daughters. “[Shiloh] and Z pick out [the twins’] clothes and help change and hold them. It’s sweet—they are little mommies,” Angelina said.

Knox was often seen alongside his siblings, and in 2011, he was spotted holding his older sister’s hand as the family arrived at Haneda International Airport in Tokyo. With his long, dirty blonde hair, he resembled his father.
