“My great grandmother had this recipe written down as “silver screen spaghetti.”

Indulge in the creamy, comforting delight of Noodles Romanoff. This classic dish combines tender fettuccine noodles with a rich, flavorful sauce of cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan, all baked to golden perfection. It’s a simple yet satisfying meal that’s perfect for family dinners or cozy gatherings.
Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
Fettuccine noodles 8 ounces (1/2 1 lb box)
Cream cheese, room temperature 4 ounces
Unsalted butter, room temperature 2 tablespoons
Sour cream, room temperature 16 ounces
Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
Fine salt 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
Shredded Parmesan cheese, divided 1 cup
Ground paprika 1/4 teaspoon
Instructions:
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with baking spray and set it aside.
Cook the Pasta: Cook the fettuccine noodles according to the package directions until they are al dente, about 12 to 14 minutes.
Drain and Return: Drain the cooked pasta and return it to the pot. Place the pot back on the burner you just used.
Melt Cheese and Butter: Add the room temperature cream cheese and butter to the pasta. Stir until both the cream cheese and butter are completely melted and incorporated.
Add Sauce Ingredients: Stir in the room temperature sour cream, ground black pepper, fine salt, garlic powder, ground nutmeg, and half of the shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the noodle mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Top with Cheese and Paprika: Cover the top of the dish with the remaining shredded Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the ground paprika evenly over the cheese.
Bake: Bake the uncovered dish for 30 minutes, or until the top cheese is melted, golden, and the noodles are hot and bubbly.
Serve: Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
