Florence Pugh flashes nipples while ditching undies in completely see-through gown

Oppenheimer star Florence Pugh looked incredible as she headed to the Vanity Fair Oscars 2024 afterparty, opting to go without a bra or knickers in a completely nude dress

Florence Pugh had all eyes on her as she freed the nipple in a completely see-through gown for the Oscars 2024.

The Oppenheimer actress, 28, donned a floor-length dress featuring a tabard-style skirt and a full train. The strappy number was embroidered with white floral designs over her chest and groin – but Florence’s nips still peeked out of the sheer fabric.

The skirt featured extra ruffles around her waist to protect the actress’s modesty, but it seemed clear she wasn’t wearing knickers underneath – and instead opted for a nude-coloured covering over her pubic bone. Florence accessorised with a bronze choker and chandelier earrings, with silver rings glinting on her hands as she dazzled the waiting cameras.

Her backless dress featured a huge bustle – and made it clear she wasn’t wearing a bra – and a tulle peplum hem, while elegant detailing flared out floral-style. Florence headed to the Vanity Fair Oscars party at the Wallis Annenberg Centre for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, adding a pair of glitzy gold point-toe heels to her ethereal ensemble.

Florence was keen to show fans she wasn’t bothered after being trolled at the 2022 Valentino event in Rome.. She freed the nipple underneath a sheer pink dress complete with mesh ruffles around the neckline – but trolls weren’t keen on her racy look.

Florence admitted to Vogue of the incident: “I’ve never been scared of what’s underneath the fabric, if I’m happy in it, then I’m gonna wear it. Of course, I don’t want to offend people, but I think my point is: How can my nipples offend you that much? It’s very important that we do this.

“I know that some people might scoff at me saying that, but if a dress with my breasts peeking through is encouraging people to say, ‘Well, if you were to get raped, you would deserve it,’ it just shows me that there’s so much more work to do.”

Oppenheimer took home an incredible seven Oscars last night, settling the Barbenheimer debate once and for all – as the only award Barbie scooped was Best Original Song, for Billie Eilish’s What Was I Made For? Oppenheimer took away Best Picture, while Cillian Murphy won the gong for Best Actor and Robert Downey Jr. won Best Supporting Actor.

It was also a big night for Poor Things, as an emotional Emma Stone took home the Best Actress award. Best Director went to Oppenheimer’s Christopher Nolan, while The Zone of Interest, American Fiction and Anatomy of a Fall also received nods in various categories.

Oppenheimer lost out in the Best Supporting Actress category, however, with Emily Blunt coming as runner up to The Holdovers star Da’Vine Joy Randolph. Barbie’s America Ferrera, Nyad’s Jodie Foster and Danielle Brooks from The Color Purple were also nominated.
