However, a rare old photo of her surfaced online, revealing her pre-surgery look.<\/p>\n<p>Her 1.7million followers went wild for her transformation \u2013 with more than 3,400 of them liking the snap.<\/p>\n<p>One commenter said: \u201cBreathtaking then and breathtaking now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another gushed: \u201cYou\u2019ve come a long way!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A third wrote: \u201cLooked great then and look great now. And I\u2019m grateful for every moment of my journey.
