The day after Christmas, Taylor, along with her parents, surprised 96-year-old superfan Cyrus Porter at his Missouri home.<br \/>\nShe treated him to a private concert, performing an acoustic version of her 1989 hit \u201cShake It Off.\u201d Afterward, the singer spent time mingling with Cyrus\u2019 relatives and explored his World War II memorabilia during an unforgettable visit.<\/p>\n<p>The superstar walked through the door, greeted the family with a Merry Christmas, and gave the kids high-fives. Turning to Mr. Porter, she said, \u201cMy dad sent me a video of you and you said that you wanted to see a concert. I don\u2019t really know when we\u2019re going on tour next, so I figured I\u2019d do one here and we can do some requests.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The appearance held a special significance for the pop star, who came with her parents, as she shared that her own grandfather is also a Second World War veteran.<br \/>\nFamily member Christ Porter uploaded the video and felt grateful for Swift\u2019s act, talking about her \u201cintegrity and character,\u201d highlighting how she provided this war veteran and his family with a Christmas day they will always remember.
