\nThe TOWIE legend, 44, has been refreshingly honest about her wellness transformation, regularly updating her devoted followers on her progress.<\/p>\n

Throughout the years, she’s candidly documented the highs and lows of countless diet plans and exercise routines. Gemma has recently tackled her struggle with ‘food noise’ – those relentless, invasive thoughts about eating that plague so many.<\/p>\n

Whilst soaking up the rays during her romantic escape with fiance\u0301 Rami Hawash, Gemma has proudly displayed the fruits of her dedication, reports the Mirror.

\nThe reality television sensation ventured into the mountains aboard an off-road buggy, sporting a gorgeous black and white tie-dye two-piece.<\/p>\n

She looked absolutely breathtaking as she stepped out of the vehicle and struck a pose in the glorious sunshine.<\/p>\n

Gemma completed her look with crisp white sandals and oversized black sunglasses whilst beaming radiantly. Captioning the snap, she delivered an empowering message to fellow women: “Darlings wear the bikini. Chase the sunsets. Get out and seek adventures.”<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Gemma opened up to the Mirror about her ongoing weight loss expedition. She confessed: ” There was a spanner in the works, because I got pneumonia, so it slowed down a bit.<\/p>\n

“I’m just constantly on that vibe of positivity and loving yourself, and just taking it slow, really. There’s no rush there.”

\nReflecting on how her life has transformed, Gemma revealed: “I think it’s just really lovely to walk into a shop and to be able to buy outfits and they fit.<\/p>\n

“I have gone from a size 26 back to a 20. I make sure I can enjoy my summer. We all relax a bit more in the summer but then \u2013 boom \u2013 straight back on it again.”<\/p>\n

She had previously revealed to us how the weight loss and diabetes drug Mounjaro leaves her feeling empowered and self-assured. “I feel amazing,” she explained, praising the treatment for delivering not only physical transformations, but psychological benefits as well.<\/p>\n

Injectable treatments like Mounjaro function by replicating a hormone that controls hunger signals in the brain. Initially created for type 2 diabetes management, they’ve since received approval for weight reduction, enabling patients to experience prolonged satiety whilst reducing food-related anxieties.

\nGemma explained: “Mounjaro is unbelievable and it’s changed my whole life. I think it’s a life-changing drug. Being able to pick up a size 20 top in MandS, put it on in the changing rooms and just get on with my day, is just such a life-changing experience for me honestly.”<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, Gemma expressed her disapproval of individuals using weight loss jabs who aren’t actually overweight. “I really don’t agree with already slim people taking it, that’s just not right at all, and it’s not what it’s for,” she said.
\n“It’s for overweight people and it breaks my heart when there’s people on the NHS who can’t access it and it’s such a shame because everyone deserves not to struggle with their weight and you would only understand if you had a weight problem and how difficult it is. I know how it is.”<\/p>\n

Speaking about her weight loss, Gemma stated: “I don’t need to prove anything to anyone, I know myself that I’m losing the weight and I feel so much healthier.”<\/p>\n
