The woman asked,
\n\u201cWhat is it?\u201d<\/p>\n

St. Peter replied,
\n\u201cYou have to spell a word. If you fail, you\u2019ll be sent to Hell.\u201d<\/p>\n

The woman said,
\n\u201cOkay. What word?\u201d<\/p>\n

St. Peter said,
\n\u201cLove.\u201d<\/p>\n

The woman replied,
\n\u201cL-O-V-E.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cCorrect!\u201d said St. Peter. \u201cYou may enter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Just as she was about to walk in, St. Peter\u2019s phone rang.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have an urgent matter,\u201d St. Peter said. \u201cI\u2019ll be gone for a minute. Please watch the gate while I\u2019m gone. Ask the same question to anyone who arrives. If they spell the word correctly, let them into Heaven. Otherwise, send them to Hell.\u201d<\/p>\n

The woman nodded.
\n\u201cI understand.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moments later, a man approached the gate.<\/p>\n

It was her husband.<\/p>\n

He said,
\n\u201cHey honey! After your funeral, while I was driving home from the cemetery, a bus hit me\u2026 and now I\u2019m here. Please move aside and let me in.\u201d<\/p>\n

The woman replied,
\n\u201cSorry, dear. Rules are rules. You have to spell a word correctly to enter Heaven. Otherwise, you\u2019ll be sent to Hell.\u201d<\/p>\n

He sighed.
