A few minutes into the checkup, loud screeching erupted from the room, followed by the woman bolting out as if fleeing for her life.<\/p>\n

It took considerable effort, but a nurse eventually managed to calm her down enough to get the story.<\/p>\n

The nurse stormed into the doctor\u2019s office, furious, and yelled:<\/p>\n

\u201cDoctor, how could you? Mrs. Smith is 82 years old, and you told her she\u2019s pregnant!\u201d<\/p>\n

Without looking up from his notes, the doctor replied calmly, \u201cDoes she still have the hiccups?\u201d<\/p>\n

The nurse starts with certain basic items.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow much do you weigh?\u201d she asks.<\/p>\n

\u201cEight and a half stone,\u201d the woman says.<\/p>\n

The nurse puts her on the scales and tells; her weight is actually ten stone.<\/p>\n

The nurse asks, \u201cYour height?\u201d \u201c5 foot 8 !!!\u201d, she says.<\/p>\n

The nurse checks and says that she only measures 5\u2032 2\u2032.<\/p>\n

She then takes her blood pressure and tells the woman it is very high.<\/p>\n
