The teacher asked \u201cHarry, what is your problem\u201d.<\/p>\n
Harry answered, \u201cI\u2019m too smart for the 1st grade. My sister is in her 3rd grade and I am smarter than she is! I think that I should be in the 3rd grade.<\/p>\n
Ms. Brooks had had enough. She took Hary to the principals office.<\/p>\n
While Harry stayed in the outer office, the teacher explained to the principal what the situation was. The principal told Ms. Brooks he would give the boy a test. If he failed to answer any of the questions, he was to go back to the first grade and behave. She agreed.<\/p>\n
Harry was brought in and the condition were explained to him, and Harry agreed to take the test.<\/p>\n
Principal! \u201cWhat is 3 x 3\u201d<\/p>\n
HARRY \u201c9\u201d<\/p>\n
Principal! \u201cWhat is 6 x 6\u201d<\/p>\n
HARRY \u201c36\u201d<\/p>\n
And so it went with every question the principal thought a 3rd grader should know.<\/p>\n
The principal looks at Ms Brooks and tells her \u201cI think Harry can go the the third grade.<\/p>\n
Ms. Brooks says to the principal. \u201cLet me ask him some questions\u201d.<\/p>\n
The principal and Harry Both agree.<\/p>\n
Ms. Brooks asks, \u201cWhat does a cow have four of that I have only two\u201d.<\/p>\n
HARRY, after a moments thought \u201cLegs\u201d<\/p>\n
Ms. Brooks: \u201cWhat is in your p*nts that you have but I do not have?\u201d<\/p>\n
The principal wondered, why should she ask such a question.<\/p>\n
HARRY replied \u201cPockets\u201d.<\/p>\n
Ms. Brooks: \u201cWhat does a dog do that a man steps into?\u201d<\/p>\n
HARRY \u201cPants\u201d<\/p>\n
Ms. Brooks: \u201cWhat starts with C, ends with T. \u201cIs hairy, oval, delicious and contains thin, whitish liquid\u201d.<\/p>\n
HARRY; \u201cCoconut\u201d<\/p>\n
The principal sat forward with his mouth hanging open.<\/p>\n
Ms. Brooks \u201cWhat goes in hard and pink, then comes out soft and sticky?\u201d.<\/p>\n
The principal eyes opened really wide and before he could stop the answer, HARRY replied \u201cBubble gum\u201d.<\/p>\n
Ms. Brooks: \u201cWhat does a man do standing up, a woman does sitting down, and a dog does on three legs?\u201d.<\/p>\n
HARRY \u201cShake hands\u201d.<\/p>\n
The principal was trembling.<\/p>\n
Ms. Brooks: \u201cWhat word starts with an \u201cF\u201d and ends in \u201cK\u201d, that means a lot of heat and *xc*tement?\u201d.<\/p>\n
HARRY \u201cFiretruck\u201d.<\/p>\n
