An old Berliner is taking a winter holiday in the Bavarian Alps and decides to try ice fishing on a frozen lake.<\/p>\n

He knew fishing well \u2013 he\u2019d done it all his life. But drilling a hole in a frozen lake was new to him.<\/p>\n

So he sits down with his equipment at the ice hole and waits.<\/p>\n

After an hour he still hadn\u2019t caught a single fish.<\/p>\n

Then a little boy comes along, drills a second hole very close by and also starts fishing.<\/p>\n

Less than five minutes later, the boy pulls out a huge trout.<\/p>\n

The old man is still thinking to himself:<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, I was lucky.\u201d<\/p>\n

But five minutes later, the boy pulls out another fish. Then another. And another.<\/p>\n

Finally, the old man could no longer stand it and asked:<\/p>\n

\u201cTell me, kid\u2026 I\u2019ve been sitting here for over an hour and haven\u2019t caught anything \u2013 and you\u2019re pulling out one fish after another! How do you do that?\u201d<\/p>\n

The boy answers with his mouth full:<\/p>\n

\u201cMmmf mmmf keep the worms warm!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMmmf mmmf keep the worms warm!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t understand a word! Can you speak more clearly?\u201d<\/p>\n

Then the boy spits something into his hand and says:<\/p>\n
