Millie Bobby Brown broke down in tears when she finished filming Stranger Things. The actress was devastated about playing Eleven for the last time.
Even before she got to set for her final day, she was an emotional wreck. Speaking on the latest episode of podcast Dish, Millie said: “The night before I thought, ‘Right, I’m gonna get it out all now’.
I sat on my sofa and I put on all these edits of the show on YouTube. I sat there and I cried for about three hours.”
When Millie got to set, she felt even more emotional. Being around her co-stars made her tearful.
She said: “I drove to set, and I was like, I’m fine, I’m fine’. And then I walked onto set and I just burst out crying. I was the first actor to come in… crying. Everybody was just like, ‘It’s gonna be a hard day’.
“We really couldn’t get through some of the scenes. It was really, really emotional.”

“It’s going to be new for me. It’s a very new chapter of my life that I have to relearn because so much of it has been Stranger Things.”
The final series, which also stars Sadie Sink and David Harbour, will stream on Netflix from tomorrow.
