Lizzo continues to leave fans in awe with her weight loss.
The “Truth Hurts” singer, 36, took to Instagram on November 22 with a series of playful car selfies showcasing her ensemble for a night out — a long-sleeved, sheer white off-the-shoulder top with a patterned denim skirt or shorts. She wore her hair in two long braids and called out the hairstyle in the caption of her post.

However, many fans could only focus on the Grammy winner’s slimmer appearance. “How you get skinny so fast??” one user commented, while another wrote, “Yo Lizzie lost mad weight.”
“Looking snatched,” a third person wrote.
Of course, there were also plenty of comments fueling the rumors that Lizzo has taken Ozempic — a semaglutide injection for type 2 diabetes that is often prescribed off-label for weight loss — to shed pounds.

Lizzo has denied taking the drug, and plenty of commenters came to the “About Damn Time” hitmaker’s defense.
“Can ya’ll go one post without mentioning how ‘skinny she’s getting’ or how she’s ‘using ozempic’?? She’s been documenting her fitness and healthy eating journey this whole time,” a fan wrote.

Lizzo, who has documented her fitness and health journey online for several months now, broke her silence on the Ozempic allegations on September 20. “When you finally get Ozempic allegations after five months of weight training and calorie deficit,” she wrote in an Instagram video at the time. The Love, Lizzo star shared several photos of herself in a robe, as well of a screenshot of a hater’s comment that read, “Did she use ozempic or did she snort coke?”
Lizzo simply replied to the social media user, “Whyyyy do u follow me?”
In the caption of the video, Lizzo added, “oZeMpIc oR cOkE?” – a fan.”
She also poked fun at the speculation by dressing up as the faux medication Lizzo — South Park’s spoof of Ozempic — for Halloween. “Need self love? Try Lizzo! Lose guilt, gain confidence,” a fake ad shared on her Instagram read. “Side effects include: A smile on your face and a pep in your step.”
A source exclusively told Life & Style on September 5 that the Michigan-born singer had dropped more than 60 pounds since her weight loss journey began. She opened up about the process in a New York Times interview in April.
“I’ve been methodical, losing weight very slowly,” she said. “I don’t really see it because if anyone who’s on a natural weight-loss journey knows, losing weight is actually the slowest thing in the world and you don’t really notice it until you notice it. Also the scale’s not really moving. But anyway, that doesn’t matter. I’m super proud of my current lifestyle.”
